The general rule of thumb is often said to be
64 fluid ounces plus 8 more fluid ounces for every 25 pounds you need to use
As you have 200 pounds to lose which is 8 lots of 25 pounds, for you that would make 64 + (8 x 8 ) = 132 fluid ounces which is about a gallon plus 4 ounces!!
Make sure you are not swigging down too much at a time though!
Drinking something like a gallon all at once would be very dangerous, so spread it through the day.
