I am in need of some scales that will weigh up to 417 pounds. What are some good scales to use. My doctor scales are only 350 so it will take a while for me and I am not part of any gym. So I need something to help with seeing my weight. I like to keep a journal of when I change some kind of food or add something new to make sure it does not affect my weight loss. Any help. Thanks all.

Re: Need a heavy scale
Have you a local hospital with large enough scales for you at your current weight? Maybe you could ask them if you could weigh there now and again?
It seems a shame to have to spend out on a set when hopefully before too long you will be down to a weight that your doctor's scales could cope with.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I have also heard of some members using two scales with a foot on each one but am not sure if that would bring an accurate reading.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
