Hello, I bought some of this today as it showed no carbs and no sugars. However I have never had it before and have no idea as to how to make it and or what to incorporate with it. All help is appreciated.

Re: Corn Beef in a can
If it is like the corned beef we can buy over here (never seen it not in a can) I slice it to eat cold in salads or dipped in egg and fried (corned beef fritters)
I even use it in place of ground beef in recipes too. It is a good standby food to have in the cupboard for emergencies.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
