    How much to water to drink ? What are good simple meals for breakfast and lunch ... I'm at work so limit...gotta lose 20 lbs by June 1st. Thanks Are diet sodas bad ???

    Have you read Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution which is the version we are following here?
    If you dont have a copy yet, do look out for one - libraries or second hand book shops are good sources - as it is hard to do anything technical correctly without reading the manual :LOL:

    Till then take a look at the FAQ forum (http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=-1&f=79) where there are several threads covering the induction rules. From the list of allowed foods decide which foods you like to eat and plan your menus accordingly.

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

        Breakfast can be left overs from the night before. Or hardboiled eggs. I cut mine in half and just put a dab of Hellman's on top...don't even scoop out the middle. A little salt and pepper and I am done. Don't limit yourself to 'breakfast food'

        Lunch could be a chicken ceasar salad...hold the croutons. Or a hamburger deluxe hold the bun. Or cauliflower soup and tuna and mayo lettuce wrap.

        Think outside the box.
