  • Embassassed but back

    Greetings all!

Well here I am again! Started Atkins back in August 05 with great success. Lost 60 pounds. Today I have gained all of it back plus 3 pounds...that 3 pounds came on in this last week. I am a mess. Sore and tired all the time. So as embarrassing as it is to admit my failure I am hoping that by coming back here I can have the success I had in the past. I am coming here instead of the STAC forum because it has been so long that I feel like a newbie. I will have to learn everything all over again. I think I became lax in keeping track last time..wasn't using my fitday...wasn't making sure everything was balanced and I also think I freaked out when I hit that 60 pound mark that I was going to succeed. And then I wouldn't be able to hid any more or have excuses. Scared me. And I paniced and ate. So sad but lesson learned and I am ready to move on.

For the newbies...READ THE BOOK...it really works! You really need to read it to understand how it all works. I am cheap by nature but the book is worth every penny!!!

    Re: Embassassed but back

Aw, welcome back. I started back in last March and fell off the wagon. I came back in January and I have been going gangbusters ever since then. You will to! I know about the emotional issues of losing this fat, it has been very stressful to me and I actually have become more withdrawn because I am losing! Isn't that weird?

You know the success you saw on Atkin's before and you know you can do it again. I know you can do it to!
