Hi everyone just started back on the diet after a year i wos wondering how much water is too much i am drinking about 25 glasses a day only sipping it not loads in one go, the more i drink the more i seem to crave is that normal? also does anyone know if its better to drink bottled water than tap cause its costing me a fortune buying bottled i know its not that expensive to buy but when u are drinking as much as me it doesnt work out cheap. Thank you

8 glasses of water plus 1 for every 25 pounds you want to lose. That being said I should be drinking about 12 and like to get about 16 in. I also believe that the more I drink the thirstier I seem to be. I know that Aquafina bottled water makes me thirstier. You get minerials in the tap water. It is free. If you don't mind the taste I would say go for it.Elsie150
