First of all, I am on day five and am already encouraged. However, I am exhausted because I have to get up 3 TIMES!! during the night to pee. I have trouble falling back asleep because I am HUNGRY! Will the frequency of peeing decrease eventually? Should I drink the majority of my water earlier in the day?
Does anyone else out there go 3 times every night? Could something be wrong with me because I go that often?
If I have reached my 20 carb limit for the day, are the following foods okay for snacks? If I'm hungry, can I eat as much of these as I want?
hardboiled egg
shrimp
pepperonis (the kind you put on pizza )
tuna with mayo
turkey lunchmeat
Is salsa okay on eggs?
I made lasagne last night and on my half I used mushrooms instead of pasta and eliminated the cottage cheese. I used mozarella and italian sausage. It was delicious. I do want to make sure that Classico tomato sauce is okay though.
I do still want sweets. Can someone promise me that that will change?

Decrease on the water consumption a couple of hours before bed though. It can only help!
You can't eat as much of anything as you want- but you may eat until you're no longer hungry. That's probably the toughest thing I ever had to learn to do. - Remember that the eggs *do* have a carb content, but they're a great snack food that will fill you up and hold you over for quite awhile.
