I just want to say the support on this board is wonderful. you people never tire of repeating the same things over and over and encouraging people constantly.
im on 6th day,sort of having a rough time today and yesterday with cravings but sticking to it nonetheless.
id lost 18 pds on atkins before and quit and gained way more in three years. i now have 40 pds to lose(Seems overwhelming.)
Id ay what im having trouble with this time is eating too much protein/meats. All i seem to want to snack on is turkey with creme cheese,pepperoni and beef jerky. any ideas for other good non-meats i need to eat? thank you all!
