    continue like nothing happened?

    The thing is... I started this diet and working out at the same time and at day 6 I went from 215 pounds to 203 pounds. I was feeling great till today.

    Hit me like break nausea all day I bought a salad and couldn't eat it, I couldn't eat my steak, I drank water all day. Stomach and head ache kept going to the bathroom and didn't do a single thing.

    So I broke it, symptons went away in 5 minutes like I was injected with a shot to save my life.

    Impala, that was/is the induction flu, which is your body detoxing from carbs. You felt better because you fed the carb monster. You body was trying to switch from burning sugar to fat; when you gave it some sugar (carbs), it didn't have to work so hard and you felt a lot better. Well, that's probably not the exact scientific explanation, but something like that...

    You'll probably want to have a clean 2 week induction under your belt; I wouldn't call it starting over. Just pick up where you left off, and continue for two more weeks.

    And next time the cravings hit and make you feel like crap -- STARVE THEM! Just give it another day or two, and you'll feel lightyears better...
