So I may be being really neurotic here...but I gained a pound yesterday. For the past two weeks, I've been on induction and lost 9 lbs...then for the past couple of days I have been stalled at 137. Yesterday when I weighed myself, I went back up to 138! I can't think of what I'm doing wrong--I've been following the diet to a T and eating what I normally was to lose weight.
Also, I have a question about chicken wings. Today I might go to happy hour with some friends, and since I have to sit there and drink nothing but WATER
, I want to at least have an appetizer. So my question is, is it ok to have hot wings and blue cheese sauce?
