Today I've had 2,000-ish calories. 180-ish carbs. (oopsy) So, I was wondering...will I gain weight/fat from today? I'm not going to eat anymore tonight, so that's over and done. But, I'm worried about the carbs. I've been redoing induction and I've been having aroun 20-25 carbs per day. And less than 2,000 calories. But, nonetheless I just felt like having some whatnot today. So...will I maintain or gain?

I say that will be primarily based on your genetic make-up. Don't beat yourself up.
Just move forward from here in a positive direction. You're only only human and, at points, prone to err. Just don't give up. You only fail when you give up.

Were you in ketosis? If so, that will most assuredly kick you out of ketosis. It will take you several days to get back in and those will be day you won't be losing fat. But if it is just a one time thing, you will bounce back fairly well.
You've lost a total of 150 pounds? That's fantastic!

With only 9 lbs to go to goal, you should be heading into pre-maintenance. Have you climbed the OWL rungs? My problem the first time around was that I didn't add back carbs on OWL like I was supposed to, and it led to a carb splurge like you had. I think you have found out that keeping your carbs artificially low is only sabbatoging you in the long run.
