I'm starting to think about my birthday which is in two weeks. 20th!!!! Anyway, just wanted to know from some of the members who have been here and got through a birthday or occasion where temptation will be everywhere? I'm having a party! I've made sure that on the buffet table there is chicken legs, Beef, cheese, etc & carbs (From acceptable list).. I'll be on the diet for about 4 weeks by my birthday my friend told me to have "A day off" But i just DON'T WANT TO!

Alcohol???? Which is best? What about Vodka & DIET COKE? How much would i be allowed?
