Ive Been Doing Atkins For A While Now And I Stil In Induction ....but I Dont Know If The Weird Taste In My Mouth Is Because Of The Ketosis Or Is It Because Of The Diet Snapple Ive Been Drinking... What Do You Guys Think................???

first off if your on induction you should NOT be having snapple. We are not allowed fruit juice on induction.
second it is probably a combonation of both as apple juices tend to make breath sme.ll really bad.

Ohh I Thought Maybe Because The Diet Snapple Had 2 Carbs Per Bottle It Would Be Ok...wll I Guess The Diet Sugar In It Could Also Be The One Giving Funny Taste

You are only allowed 3 sweetener servings a day (Splenda) and Diet Rite is just about the only soda with it. Each can has about 1.5 sweetener servings in it.

Ketosis leaves your breath smelling of acetone... and that pleasant acetone taste in your mouth.

My hubby and I are on the diet too. We just started on Monday, but he has been complaining about the bad breath too. He says it is strongest after he eats meat. Red meat. ( I told him to just eat chicken then) Nice huh?
