  • Decaf Herb Teas

Is it OK to drink decaf herb tea -- specifically Bengal Spice from Celestial Seasonings. It says no carbs but here are the ingredients - "cinnamon, roasted chicory, roasted carob, natural spice and vanilla flavors with other other natural flavors, ginger, cardamom, black pepper, cloves and nutmeg."

Thanks for any help on this. I am trying to cut down on artificial sweeteners.

I don't see anything there to get into a twitch over. Enjoy!

I drink Herbal tea all the time. Yummy.

Thanks guys! So is that true with all decaf herbal teas -- there are no hidden carbs or sugars to worry about. I have Lemon Zinger by Celestial Seasonings, for example, and I assume I am not counting carbs as if it were lemon juice?

          Thanks again for your help.
