  • can I have this on induction?

I know it is best to have NO sweetners on induction, but I saw this and thought it looked good and would probably fulfill my "sweet craving".... pork rinds drizzled with butter, cinnamon and splenda. If I CAN'T have it, plz let me know before I eat it...lol! I will resist the temptation! Thanks!

Pork rinds and cinnamon are ok, so long as you don't choose a brand containing "illegal" ingredients (ie, barbecue flavor - check label). Be sure your total sweetener stays within the 2 servings (packets) per day limit.

I love to just crunch on the hard, hot variety of skins!

Ooo, that sounds good and sure it's legal. We are limited to 3 packs of Splenda so just don't over do it.
