  • Gonna Do another week on INDUCTION!!

    Hi ya,

    I'm am on day 14... But I am going to do another week on Induction. Because i've had the most awful few days ever. (ATKINS FLU) Weak muscles, aches, Low Energy... I feel that i did'nt do any good during my induction.... I mean with exercise!! I barely did any...

    ALTHOUGH I DID MANAGE TO LOSE 8lbs!!! (7lb on 1st week)

    I now have No ATKINS FLU... & Feel more energetic!
    I am going to give it another week on Induction with LOTS of exercise & see how that goes...

    CAN I JUST ASK HOW LONG YOU GUYS STAYED ON INDUCTION BEFORE YOU MOVED ON?

    I am still on semi induction. I added more veggies and sometimes occasional nuts. You can stay on induction for as long as you want, but when you start to get bored with the food your eating, its time to start up the ladder.
    (or if you get near goal, then you also need to start up)

      I'm on day 14 myself and trying to make the same decision. I'm getting bored with my menu so I might go up a little.

        I will continue eating the same for another week then i might add a few more.. And add more foods each week!
