After a few very frustrating days I have finally had a good day!! I didn't eat anything I was supposed to. I didn't eat all day long grazing like a cow. I am not even that hungry. I did slip easter and took today as day one on my clean induction. I am excited! i know it's only one day but I feel good about it so I felt like announcing it.

Re: Excited!!
Congrats!! Good job! Don't worry about the slip up on Easter, just keep moving forward, you'll get there. I'm also just on induction, day 8 but so far what I've found is after about day 5, my hunger level pretty much died off and I almost have to force myself to eat when it's time. It's weird not being hungry all day long like I used to be. And then if I do ever crave anything I just picture myself at my low weight and the motivation to reach that goal surpasses the craving. Another thing that really helped was up'ing my water intake. I think that is really what cut of the hunger pains. I am drinking at least 72 oz of water right now. Deep park has these great bottles of water right now which hold 24 oz and you just have to drink 3 of those daily so it's much easier in my head to only have to refill and empty a bottle 3 times vs 8! Keep us posted

Re: Excited!!
Good for you getting a whole day right.
A great first step.... and for sure, the first of many! Day by day is the way to go and pretty soon they mount up into weeks, months, years... and translate into you feeling great about yourself and getting to/being at where you want to be!
Put Easter behind you and look to the future. Think direction rather than speed. Follow the plan as it's supposed to be followed and you'll be a success story pretty soon.
Happy losing!Before and after:

Re: Excited!!
Glad to see your post! Good luck to you! I had grand plans to start right after Easter but it wasnt happening due to my total lack of control over chocolate! But, its day one for me too and we actually have almost the same goals and height ( except that you are a young 21 years old!) and stuff so I really cant wait to see how things go for you! Cant wait to post those "after pics" one day!
Best wishes!!
