Hello, I'm new and would like to lose about 20 more pounds. Please evaluate my food that I eat everyday, for the past 8 days already:
Lots of Cheese (Monterey Jack Cheese / Colby & Monterey Jack)
Chicken wings (220 cals, 15g. fat, 1g. carb, 20g. protein)
Eggs
Sometimes fish, chicken breast etc., but above is what I always eat.
I lost 6 pounds, but in the last two days my wieght has gone up 2lbs, so now its 4 lbs. I'm 222lbs 6ft large frame. And it seems I cannot get past 220 mark. I also do cardio on the bike, my average calories for the past 7 days are 1,678 cals, Fat - 69.8% (898 grams), Protein - 30.2% (873 grams), Carbohydrates - 0.0% (22 grams) - carbs are little higher than that though. Any suggestions?
