  • First Weigh-in today...

So I'm heading to the gym for a pre-weigh-in workout...I'm so nervous about that friggin' scale. I actually considered going another week without weighing but that's ridiculous, right?

I've done a clean induction, drank lots of water, and worked out at least three or four times a week...Waist down 2 inches...so what am I worried about?

I guess I know myself well enough and I'm sure if I haven't dropped at least, oh, thirty or forty pounds in two weeks...(hey, that could happen!!!!) seriously, I'd be happy with 12-15 pounds...I'll be stinky in the brain if it's less than that...

But perseverance is the key so I'll just keep pluggin' along...

I'll post the actual number when I get back from the gym...How much weigh can you lose if you do six hours on an elliptical???

    Good Luck Mitch!

Hey, you've already noticed a difference in the waist, so no matter what the scale says, you've done well.

11...thats ELEVEN pounds gone forever ...thought I'd be disappointed with less than fifteen but I'm actually pretty cool with it.

I'm gonna stick around on induction for another week or two, however, since I really only miss pizza and sushi and I can't have that by moving up to OWL anyway ...

      Thanks for the support

Here is the recipe from SweetCher

                      DEEP DISH PIZZA

                      4 oz softened cream cheese
                      4 eggs
                      1/3 cup heavy cream
                      1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
                      1 tbs chives
1/2 tsp Italian or pizza seasoning
2 cups shredded cheese (I use mozzarella /cheddar mix)
1/2 tsp wet garlic or 1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup lowest carb tomato or pizza sauce
                      1 cup mozzarella cheese
Toppings to taste (You can use pepperoni, sausage, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, whatever!)

Beat together cream cheese and eggs till smooth.
Add cream, parmesan cheese and spices
Spray 13x9 glass baking dish with oil
Put 2 cups of shredded cheese in dish and pour egg mixt.
over Bake at 375 for 30 minutes (smell for a while...LOL)
Spread with sauce and then add your toppings
                      Cover with mozzarella cheese
                      Bake till browning and bubbly
Let stand for 5 minutes or so.
