It's day 3 and I think the "Flu" has hit me. I feel so weak, but I know it's to be expected. I have no cravings and I feel very confident that I CAN DO THIS!! I'll be glad when this feeling pass. I exercised on Day 1, but haven't had any energy since.

Sorry to hear that you're feeling the induction flu. I'm on day 5 right now, but have done this before... trying to get it right this time...
You mentioned that you're lacking energy. Are you getting your veggie carbs in? Are you taking any vitamins or supplements? Sometimes they can take a little while to kick in, but I don't think you should feel a total lack of energy.
Congrats on your first 3 days, and I wish you a great atkins journey!!!

I did make sure I got in all my veggie carbs--3 cups of lettuce, plus a little celery and a little onion. I made tuna salad. I haven't taken a multivitamin--yet, but I plan to. The ones I have in the house have iron in them and from what I've read we should use a multivitamin with no iron. I don't quite understand that. Kind of disappointed because I spent a lot of money on the vitamins.
I do feel much better now.
