Stevia

Does anybody know if I can get it here in Canada.

I cannot have splenda etc. since my body cannot take additives and fillers. I need to eat organic and I believe Stevia is pretty mch organic from what I read on their website.

Any information about Stevia would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried a local halth food store?? I dunno if www.iherb.com ships to canada, but you can try it out and see. When you are on the site just type in stevia in the search. If they do ship to canada, this is a good site to get all your health goodies from. They have flax meal and flax seeds,almond flour etc etc, just do a search for what ur lookin for an 9 times out of 10 they have it there. Also, there's a product call stevita, and they are flavored stevia powders, they have a chocolate one and i dunno what else. I don't use artificial sweetners either, or any processed foods so I'm always on the lookout

Stevia is good for Atkins, along with splenda. Stevia is natural.
I know I once got it online... sorry, can't remember where from though. But you could order it. Try Netrition. They have a wide variety of items.

I order mine online and most companies ship to Canada. Just do a search for it.

I've seen both powdered and liquid Stevia in the Natural/Organic foods section at Zehrs, The Real Canadian Superstore and Sobeys. If you have one near you they would probably have it. Not all Zehrs stores have an organic section, but every Superstore has one.

If you live in the Toronto area or are able to go to the U.S. you can also get it at a Whole Foods Market.

I just found it here online in Toronto at the Low Carb Grocery Store, but I will be checking at Sobeys or even Loblaws.
