  • I fell OFF!!

I weighed 210 lbs. last November 3rd I got into in accident a broke 3 ribs. Some of you may remember me. I started off at 340 lbs. last May and I reached m goal of 210 lbs. Well after breaking ribs I pretty much got lazy and ate whatever. I am now at 245 lbs. And I restarted Atkins on april 1st. I am hoping to get back down to 210 lbs. by my birthday (June 4). But My goal is now to be down to 195 lbs. by august 2008. I am glad to see some of the people that are still here that gave me motivation the first time and again this time.

Moose, I'm glad you caught yourself before you regained everything back! You know exactly what to do and how to do it. AND, now you know to NOT allow yourself to fall off the wagon again.

            Welcome back, Moose
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
