  • Day 1....

well I finally mustered up enough courage and today is the first day of the new me. Day 1. Presently cannot weigh in on my own home scale,(max 350 lb limit), but would be nice to finish off the 2 week induction phase and get a read out instead of an ERROR message. That is goal #1. Went shopping early this morning and stocked up, so now NO MORE EXCUSES. I'm ready and going to move forward slow and steady. Progress. I wont look at a scale till next week. Wish me luck. God Bless, Joe

It looks as if you are determined, Joe, so I am sure you will soon be a loser

Any problems just holler and someone will respond with advice.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
