I think if you do not specify (say if you enter milk) then fitday just make an assumption as to what version of milk it was you consumed (say 2%). If you in reality had whole milk then the numbers would be different.
Does that make sense?
I see NFS sometimes when I do not specify whether I ate fat or not fat on meat cuts or I did not specify exactly what cut I had. So fitday just guesses.
