maybe it helped I was out of the house all day. Upon arrival home I was too beat to think about any kind of cravings whatsoever. Still woke up with "cotton mouth" and had to eat again when I was hungry between lunch and dinner. I ate "legal" food. Had me some eggs and pushed back me dinnertime about 2 hours and all was fine. Only problem I experienced was that I had difficulty falling asleep. I laid down and tossed and turned forever. Slept less than 4 hours. Guess this is normal and am withdrawing from carbs as stated in the book. Oh and headaches most of the day. Since I dont believe in aspirin and/or tylenol I dealt with it. Anyone else feel this way in the beginning? Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thank you and God Bless, Joe

Re: DAy 2 was definately easier
I never have a hard time falling asleep but I did have the aweful headaches. Mine were from withdrawals of diet coke. I drank it morning, noon, and night. I haven't had caffeine in 4 weeks. It took about 10 days for the headaches to go away.

Re: DAy 2 was definately easier
Thanks and Thank you. Gotta have me coffee. Been drinking it black for years so should be safe, correct? I know says in the book to cut out caffiene but waking up at 4 am isnt easy. Did cut down from 2 pots a day to 2 or 3 cups daily though. 10 days of headaches, wow. God Bless, Joe
