Oh man, it's that time of the month!!!! I'm craving EVERYTHING right now, it's horrible!!! I cheated a little yesterday, my bf had some McDonald's for breakfast, and I stole a little corner off of his "hash-brown" brick that comes with it. It tasted great at the time, but now I wish I hadn't cheated! I was doing so well!
Not much I can do about it now, it's not the end of the world either, I've just got to stay on track and get through this week! I'm going to start exercising this week, so hopefully I can get more weight off through this second week. I've been at a stand-still for the past few days on my weight. I don't want to weigh myself again until the end of this week, because I don't want to get discouraged and completely fall off the wagon. I've just been so interested to see my progress! I do think a lot of the weight was water weight though....That's still good! I don't feel so bloated
Not to mention, I've been sleeping A LOT better since I've been on this program.
