  • Conversion Chart

Does anybody have a good conversation chart for measurements that I can look at.

I found some when I googled, but dont have the grams listed.

I'm trying to convert grams to ounces.

    Thanks.

    go to google.com

    Type in your conversion

    For instance:

    OR

    Grams in 8 ounces

    OR

    teaspoons in 1 cup

    OR

        Re: Conversion Chart

        I particularly like google.

For instance, this morning I have 2.5 ounces of food, but I need to know how many grams that is.

So, i go to google and type in: grams in 2.5 ounces and it returns

        2.5 ounces = 70.8738078 grams

        More about calculator.

                Re: Conversion Chart

I often do my fitday on my laptop wihtout being online so downloaded a good free conversion programme here
Convert is a free and easy to use unit conversion program that will convert many of the most popular units.

It also does temperatures and distances so is useful for other purposes too.

BTW if you do use it you need to click on 'Mass' for weights and 'Volume' for cups/mls conversions
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
