and I feel great. No appetite nor cravings. Restful night sleep. Appear to be more alert all day long, no times of drowsiness. This is truely an amazing diet. Flying high now, I see no turning back the only way to move would be forward. Funny thing happened yesterday. I went to food store to replenish me supplies and only purchased about 8 different items, was gome for hour and a half. Spent majority of time inside reading labels. It's almost as if I was addicted to this diet. Anyhow, wish everyone the best and dont quit. Keep going. Progress. God Bless, Joe

Thank you Mandi. As I'm sure you know it isn't easy, but I gotta keep going. One day at a time, inch by inch. Hope all is well. God Bless, Joe

LOL at the label reading marathon, Joe

I too spend an inordinate time reading the small print and was astonished when first starting Atkins to see how many products contain sugar, hfcs etc as well as starches!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
