    Hi Guys Im new to this forum.

    I have just completed the first 2 weeks of Atkins and feel really good!

    Lost 6lbs which I guess is good?!

    Just a question about cooking, at the mo i'm frying my chicken/pork/lamb in butter. Is this ok or should I be grilling?

    Also I've read that you can drink vodka on the plan after induction is this right?

    Any help would be good!

    I've been frying everything in butter, so far so good!
    As far as drinking, you need to wait until you get to the alcohol rung. Go to the OWL forum and it explains all the rungs and the order to do them in. Good Luck!

      Fry it in whatever oil you like: butter, olive oil, etc. But whatever you do, do not use margarine or vegetable shortening as they contain trans or hydrogenated fats, which are the "Bad" fats.
