I hope this hasn't been asked before, I couldn't find a similar post.
I have what I presume is the UK version of the Dr Atkins' New Diet Revolution (2002) and on page 123 under the third rule of induction it says you can eat approx 250 g of salad or 170 g of salad plus 80 g of other vegetables. Then when I refer to the list of acceptable foods a couple of pages later it says that you can have 230-340 g of salad and under the heading 'other vegetables' it says you can have 140-200g of these if you do not exeed 230g of salad.
This is rather confusing and I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could shed some light on the matter.
Thanks!

as their gram measurements bear little resemblence to the real numbers as are detailed in Soliwit's post that Moretta gave the link to for knowing how many grams one cup of each of the induction veggies weighs.
