            2 Weeks In..... :0

well I made it through the 2nd week of induction and based upon the results so far I will continue and stay on extended induction. This is why I detest scales, it only moved 12 pounds. Yes a loss is a loss I always say however I was hoping I would do better. I went down 2 notches on my belt as well. So there are results and I am somewhat happy and pleased with my efforts. But I wanted to be estatic. I will update in another weeks time. I waited for my 2nd weighin once induction was completed and now I will weigh myself on a weekly basis. Onward. Thanks for all the help and wonderful support. Soon as my 9 year old helps me put up some pics I will share. God Bless, Joe

you should be very happy. a 12 pound loss in 2 weeks is right in line with what one should expect.

What a great job on Induction! All you need is steady on the downward trend. You'll get there!

                      Well done, Joe
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
