  • Campbell's Soup

    Hey,

I always thought that all the canned soups were soooo good! BUT guess what, they have nothing on the soup that I made for induction!

I crock potted a whole chicken, pulled the chicken apart, stir fried some mushrooms and celery (made dh a separate pot with green beans, carotts, and corn) boiled it all together and voila it was all done!

I would have never thought to do this, but it is very cost effective and a lot healthier (low sodium and no preservatives)!

    Woohoo for real homemade soup!!

Is is so easy to make and tastes so good!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

I love throwing a Pork tenderlion in the crock pot before I leave for work in the morning, with a pack of french onion soup mix. By time I get home the meat is just falling apart. Seperate, for the hubby I throw some carrots and potatoes in his, for me the mushrooms and the celery sounds really good.

Great idea for this Sunday dinner! Makes my mouth water thinking about it...

Homemade soup is so much better than canned...and easy to make. Canned soup is also super high in sodium.
