  • Inductions and Time of the Month

    Hi everyone,

Just a quick question, when I was looking around the boards a few days ago, I saw someone post about when it was almost that time of the month, their weight stalled during induction, but I can't find it.

It's almost that time, and I am a little bloated but not as much as when I was eating chocolates, donuts, and all that stuff before!!

Does that effect induction weight loss?

    Thanks in advance!

For many of us that 'time of the month' certainly can cause bloating and weightgain along with many other effects.
In fact Dr Atkins even mentioned it in DANDR
If you start Induction before or during a menstrual period, it may take longer for weight loss to register.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Thank you so much! I have been searching high and low for that book in my house. I have been looking for it for at least a month and even more in the last few days. I am just gonna go ahead and get the newer copy because I have the old one from when I was a little younger!
