Hi all..I'm new, but not, if you know what I mean
How do you get through the 14 day induction??...I've gotten as far as the 7th day & even that was a struggle for me...Is it b/c I'm not in the right ''mind set?''
I'm also a little lazy when it come's to preparing for 'myself '..and yet I can prepare a meal for my hubbie..Someone please help me..I just have to get through the induction..Once I'm through the 2 week's, then I'll have given myself enough of a jump-start to carry on

..Yes, I need to keep positive, instead of ''oh gawd, not this again & I'll probably fail like I did in the past!''

It sounds stupid, but lots of times when I want to cheat, that will actually stop me from doing it and motivate me to make a better choice of food! Good luck!

mama mia!...great idea though!.. I think I'll just cut them out of my sear's catalogue..As for the ''variety'' of food's, I've got Linda's site on my desk top..Before it was just meat & egg's & cheese..till I went yuck!..so I really need as much variety as i can get from the induction recipe's..It's my first day today, I had some craving's and doused them out with water
