Is anyone else, or has anyone else experienced a tightening feeling in the tummy - kind of weird feeling? It's like nothing i've ever felt before. It lasts maybe 10 or 20 seconds or so. Had it two mornings in a row.

Only since ive been on this diet have i experienced it. I wake up and im in PAIN in the stomach. After a week of being a little concerned i started eating when it happened and realised that i just needed food.SW: 140.8
