WOW! With such small amounts of weight to lose - you ARE DOING GOOD! Same what I want to lose. Thank you for inspiration! And biggest, greatest, kindest congratulations to your loss. Keep on so & soon you'll reach your goal.

    SW: 155 lbs.
CW: 145 lbs (not following atkins).

WOW! You are doing fantastic! I would definately recommend starting to move up the rungs, if you haven't already. That way it ensures your weight loss will be perminent =]

      Keep up the great work!!!!!!

        Well done
I agree with jsj about moving to OWL now to allow you to find out what your CCLL is and if any foods are going to upset you.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

In DANDR Dr Atkins suggested we should have reached the third phase of Atkins (premaintenance) by the time we have between 5 and 10 pounds still to lose.

So for someone like you (who has already lost a third of what they need to lose) I would say there is no point staying on induction any longer than the first 14 days if you want to conduct the great OWL experiment while you are still in losing mode.
