    I love this!

    I've been "eating right" and exercising for the last year and dropped 60 pounds on my own, but then hit that dreaded plateau.

    Atkins was recommended to help me move along and it finally got me going in the right direction again.

      Well done on those extra pounds lost

          Original start date: April 18, 2008

          Restart date: April 15, 2009

          Height 5' 5"
          Starting weight 151 pounds

          Goal - 125

            yeah, I was really happy to see the scale moving again, I'd been stuck at 224 for a looong time.
