A couple of weird things about my sleeping - first, I hardly seem tired at all, I wake up even earlier than normal (like, 4:00).
Second, when I have a nap, which I do because even though I don't feel all that tired I feel like I should get SOME sleep, I wake up feelinglike I've been drugged. Just unbelievably so.
Third question, unrelated - even though I'm making lots of "trips", I don't feel like for all the amount of water I'm drinking that I'm making enough trips. Not really a question, an observation I guess. But I don't feel puffy.

I'm up before 5am every day but trying to nap for "some sleep" in the afternoon, but then feel out of it after. And I make at least wo trips each night which is unlike me. You aren't alone in your confusion.
