Re: Please help!!
What kind of cravings are you having?
Check out this website: http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/index.html for different recipe ideas (the ones with a * are induction friendly); on my second day I had mad sugar cravings and I made a Mock Danish (you can find it on the website) and it totally took care of my craving and I haven't had any since.
Don't worry everyone says that after day 3 of Induction things get easier. I'm on day 10 and my cravings are gone and I have a decent amount of energy (at least more than usual). Hang in there, you can do it! Stay strong!

Re: Please help!!
Yup!!! I went through that last week. Headaches, low energy, just plain feel like blah. Its part of it for some people the first few days. Hold on a couple of more days and see how you feel. Drinks lots of water and take your supplements. I drink over a gallon a of water a day. Cravings were bad for me, but i fought through them and now i have completed day 11 and i feel great.

Re: Please help!!
Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
I am new and don't know what to say. Other than maybe you aren't getting enough fats? My daughter went on this a year ago and said she was hungry all of the time, which I don't understand. I am full all of the time. I asked her if she had been eating enough fat and by what she told me, I don't think so.
For the sweet cravings, there induction free dessert recipes here that you should be able to have. If I'm wrong, someone correct me.My Stats:

Re: Please help!!
As jende suggested it might be something to do with your menus.
Maybe list what you have eaten in the last 2 days in our 'Review my Menu' forum in case someone can spot a possible problem food?Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
