Today is day 12 of induction. I can tell I look/feel smaller but I tried on a pair of jeans this morning to judge how far I've come and they still don't go past my hips. They fit the same before I started. I've overcome a lot of food/drink situations..I have them almost daily at work. I am weighing in on this Sunday.

Post your menu in the "REview My Menu" forum. Be sure to include the exact amounts of everything you eat and drink.Originally posted by TamicToday is day 12 of induction. Sometimes newbies inadvertently do the wrong thing like eat too much cheese or eat too much protein or use too much artificial sweetener.

Re: Disappointing..
I've heard you lose first where you gained last. If you lost 12 pounds, you may have lost them in your face, neck, arms, back, tummy. I've lost 6 and can tell it's been in my upper body so far.My Stats:
Original start date: April 18, 2008
Restart date: April 15, 2009
Height 5' 5"
Starting weight 151 pounds
Goal - 125
Current - 147

Re: Disappointing..
In order to fit in a smaller size of pants you must lose inches and pounds. That will happen during induction, but I've never heard of anyone going down a few pants sizes on induction. Yes, you will lose weight but I think you more than likely won't be able to fit into that pair or pants that you couldn't fit in before induction. That comes later...well past 12 days.
