  • Very Proud Of Myself!

    Hi Guys!

As many of you know i started Atkins mid February. I lost ten pounds but still have about 65 more until I reach my goal. I was off the band wagon ever since I got really sick in March. That was about three weeks ago. Anyways, I just finished my first clean day!!! I am so excited and finally thinking clearly!!!!!! I can clearly see my goal and it feels great!!!!! I did have some maltitol today, though. I am grossed out by it and feel like my tummy might be upset in a short while! Anyways, other than that clean, clean clean! I am super pumped!

          Thanks Sherri!

You're always such wonderful support! You know that I've been struggling these last three weeks! So it's nice to finally be on track today! I feel leaner today! Probably just because I know I'm doing great but it feels awesome!!!!!!

My bf is out of town this weekend. His grandma passed away, poor thing. I have been using this weekend to get really organized in terms of food and soon to be exercising!!!!

Life is great right now! I can't wait to see my dbf too!!

                        Better still
Many thanks to Loonatika for making us some great cheat-free graphics. You can put them in by day, month, or year. Just change the number in the example to the appropriate number for you.

The actual codes dont post properly on pasting the post, so here is a link to the actual post so you can copy and alter the number for whatever length you have done cheatfree.
