  • I week into induction

Hi, I am new to forum and just wanted to say hello. But....I also have a few questions. Induction has been pretty painless since I was a meat and potatoes kind of person anyway. Just had to cut out the rolls, taters, and rice. I have been able to drink my coffee, cutting out the creamer and subbing in splenda and it hasnt kicked me out of keytosis. On the keytosis note, should I be fluctuating (lower numbers in the morning and higher in the afternoon <color changes...lighter in the morning..darker later in the day)? My guess is yes since I dont eat anything during the 7-8 hours I sleep. The only side effect I have been noticing the past couple of days is some minor "spaceyness", which most everyone I know says is normal for me anyway . I am taking a good multivitamin, but is there anything else I can do for the fog? I lost 10.5 pounds in 7 days...is that to much? I am more interested in the "inches off" than the bottom line of the weight, since I need to drop some inches to pass my USAF fitness test (since I pass the rest of the test ok). Started at 249.5 lbs now at 238.0 (with 4 inches off). Need to get About 6 more inches off. Thanks in advance for any good suggestions on the "fog".

Trouter - hopefully by this time the "fog" has lifted!

    Welcome!

Did you take your measurements to start? Great way to gauge your progress when the scale is working in your favor, although I can clearly see it is in your case at this time!

Welcome aboard - hope to hear more from you and your progress!
