I bought the correct book today, and I am so glad that I did!
Today is my first day in Induction and I want to be sure I am doing this right. We are in the middle of a move, so meals will be kind of boring for a while.
B: 3 scrambled eggs with 1/3 cup mushrooms and 1 oz cheese
L: Hamburger, salad (2 loosely packed cups of romaine, 1/2 cup chopped celery and 1/2 cup cucumber)
D: 2 Italian sausage (no fillers or sugar and 0 carbs), salad (2 loosely packed cups of romaine, 1/4 cup chopped celery and 1/4 cup cucumber)
I drank 96 oz. of water, and walked for 33 minutes on the treadmill (2.5% incline, 3.0 MPH)
Am I doing this right?
