I just had the most amazing lunch and wanted to share. This could be something that everyone but me knows about, but I wanted to share anyway in case other have not seen this product.
My mom actually turned me on to this stuff, but she uses it on crackers. It's Laughing Cow spreadable cheese wedges. There are 8 3/4 ounce wedges in a wheel. Today, I used the Garlic and Herb flavor... 1 wedge has 2g fat, 35 cals, 1g carb, and 2.5g protein.
So for lunch today, I used one wedge - cut up in my scrambled eggs, with some tuna added in. Oh my gosh! The garlic and herb added so much flavor to the eggs, and there's this creamy texture to it when it it heated. Yum!!
Looks like I will be having a wedge of this stuff on a daily basis!
