    After being off ATKINS for nearly a month I have finally decided after gaining it all back that this is ridiculous and needs to come off permanantly. This will be my 2nd and LAST time making the transition.

    I started again last night by eating grilled chicken marinated and sauteed in blue cheese, broccoli and colby jack.


    Restart: DEC. 16th, 2009 (why wait for Christmas)

    Mini Goals:
    240 :

    MAIN GOAL :
    180lbs

    No matter whether you start and restart a dozen times, the important thing is to get back on the program! You can do it!

        I think the other thing I am going to do while on it this time is refuse the urge to get on the scale and will only weigh in every 2 months. Also thinking that it might be a good idea if I make a weight bar of only 10lbs increments to make it easier to take.

          I'm really sorry you gained all your weight back...but I know exactly how you feel and it WILL get better. I know you can do this, you have before!!!!

          Take advantage of this time. I have found that this time is extremely hard for me to lose weight...and I work out like crazy. 6 days a week for an hour plus a mile and a half walk when the weather permits. I just don't want to see you have to fight so hard to lose weight when you have a golden oppurtunity in front of you. I wish I had listened! ahahahaha

                Just think about how long you've wanted to lose weight and feel good that you are finally doing something about it. That's what keeps me going.
