  • Liquid Splenda question

I just ordered some liquid splenda today. I remember years ago either being told or reading that there are no carbs in the liquid form. I remember buying liquid saccharinyears ago to avoid the carbs. it's my understanding that the carbs come from the dextrose filler in the packets. Is this correct?

    Thanks!

I'm pretty sure you're right! I know that when baking with the liquid it doesnt count but the packets do!!!

      Re: Liquid Splenda question

JSJ is right the liquid form of splenda has no carbs.

However we are still supposed to stick with the '3 servings of sweetener' a day that we are allowed.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
