Any suggestions? I have tried Benefiber (counting the carbs) and it really doesn't seem to work. It's great that you can't taste it, but it's inneffective.

I'm partial to the flax crackers with butter or cheese. You can also just sprinkle it in your salads. Make sure you use the ground flax always, not the whole seeds.
