My husband and I both seem to have more incoming than outgoing, if you know what I mean. It seems there should be a lot more outgoing, when we judge what we've taken in.
When you stop eating the more carby foods and eat mainly fresh meat and veg you probably are not consuming as much 'waste' so will not need to get rid of so much. Your body is probably using up most of what you eat to fuel your activities so has less to excrete.
