Ok, I know I just started on Monday but I really thought I should lose something by now.
I have stuck to the diet, drank nothing but water (usually 96 oz.+ a day) and exercised (33 minutes on the treadmill at 3 MPH and 2% incline.)
Here is my food journal.
I did not take my measurements because I am in the middle of a move and all tape measures are packed away.
It is not close to my TOM, so I know that can't be it.
I have been using the Ketostix and according to them I have been in ketosis since Tuesday.
I have had pretty bad "induction flu" all week and felt horrible. I stuck with it because I want to lose weight, but stepping on the scale this morning and seeing no change makes me feel like my suffering was all for nothing.
Thanks for listening to my pity party. I can only hope that tomorrow will be better.
