    I just want to say thanks to those who've lost their weight and stick around to be helpful to us newbies and answer our questions. You are an inspiration and a huge help.

            This is such a nice thread and is very much appreciated I'm sure by Mods, Admins and Atkins Veterans. Thank you Jende.
            I'm sure also, that many of these vets (including me) need the ADBB and its members just as much as newbies here need them.
            Even in maintenance one needs company and somewhere to share ideas, successes and failures.... so I'd like to thank Tom for giving us all such a wonderful place as ADBB plus the vets who are its backbone, and newbies who are its lifeblood.

            You all rock!

              What a caring thread

              I second Sally's thoughts that without you newer inductioneers and all the other stalwart members we all would be worse off!

              I am so glad I found ADBB all those years ago and will always be grateful for all the help and encouragement for old and new members that I see every day when I visit.
